Organizational Membership

If it is organizational membership submit a scanned copy of a document showing that you are registered in your nation. If this is not possible you may       provide one of the following:
      (a) A copy of the organization's organizing documents (articles of incorporation, constitution, and/or bylaws), or equivalent document; or
      (b) A letter of explanation (signed by the office bearers) of why your organization is not registered properly

Attach proof of recent activities, such as a copy of a recent brochure or a copy of the most recent annual report. (A web site address for your organization       will fulfill this requirement as well.)


  13. Note:File size should be Less than 200kb.It should be .jpg,.jpeg,.gif or .png format.

    19. Declaration


    I, * being the CEO of, *(write the name of the organization) hereby declare that we as an organization work for the protection and promotion of human rights and duties and establishment of peace and will never involve in any sort of terrorist activities. I am aware of the fact that the membership application is subject to the decision of the Membership Committee of WHRF and decision of the Membership Committee shall be final in this regard. I understand that this declaration is valid as if signed in any other document enforceable by law and the violation of this declaration will terminate our membership in World Human Rights Forum.
