International participation

Join a worldwide commitment to human dignity

Human rights depend upon people and institutions willing to contribute experience, knowledge, professional skill and a commitment to justice.

A serious invitation

Contribute through a role with purpose, boundaries and accountable review.

WHRF welcomes expressions of interest from professionals, advocates, researchers, organizations and responsible community contributors. Participation can support public understanding, principled advocacy, research and cooperation across borders.

An application is not an appointment. It begins a conversation and does not promise employment, compensation, accreditation, diplomatic authority, access to sensitive information or automatic appointment.

How review works

Human decisions at every important gate.

  1. Private application and reference
  2. Eligibility and evidence review
  3. Coordinator assignment and conversation
  4. Interview or additional information where appropriate
  5. Separate appointment and publication decisions

International by design

Country knowledge. Regional cooperation. Global standards.

Applications use WHRF’s managed country directory and support carefully defined city, regional and national scopes. Public titles and backend permissions remain separate.

Questions before applying

Clear expectations protect applicants and the Foundation.

Does applying create a WHRF appointment?

No. Every application is reviewed manually. Appointment, system access and public-profile publication are separate authorized decisions.

Is this employment?

These pathways do not promise employment, compensation or accreditation. Any distinct employment arrangement would require separate written terms.

Will my information become public?

No application record is public. Biography and photograph publication are optional, separately reviewed and require documented permission.

Can I submit confidential case evidence?

No. Recruitment forms are not a case-intake channel. Do not upload identity documents, confidential testimony or legal evidence.

How long does review take?

Review times depend on role, geography, capacity and verification. WHRF does not promise approval within a fixed period.

Can I correct or withdraw an application?

Yes. Use the secure application link or contact join@whrf.org with the application reference.

Application support

Begin when you are ready to provide accurate, non-confidential information.
